a little Christmas shopping
Since we are getting so many advertisements from stores for the holiday shopping, I told Jayleigh that they are wish books. She spends lots of time searching the pages of the ads looking at all the toys.
She's pretty zoned in on looking at everything!!

Winter has arrived. October 6th, 2011
It's been snowing here since about 9:30, and now it's sticking to the roads, the grass, the trees, the rooftops, etc. My sons are excited cuz that means snow in the mountains.
About 11:00 this morning, Tyler and I heard a very loud crash. We knew it was a tree, but couldn't see which one. Tyler found it, in the backyard of our neighbors house. It's a HUGE tree, and one very big branch of it fell from the weight of the snow, and took out our fence...what a start to winter, huh?

the simple things
Jayleigh went outside to learn how to jumprope, after a few minutes she comes running in and gives me this little flower. She found it and wanted me to have it. A quick kiss and she was off.

Heaven, this MUST be Heaven!!
What's more American than baseball??? Karen, Tom, Dan and I had THEE best time at the Dodger game on the 29th of August. I will never forget this for the rest of my life. We sat on the FRONT ROW. Front row!! as in touch the red dirt front row. Incredible. 
Thanks for taking me Karen! I'll never forget the sites or the sounds or yelling too loud!! :)
