The Boys and their Toys

This is Tyler--those are not his arms to the side of his body...

THEY. ARE. HIS. LEGS!!! Not to be outdone by his brother, this is Dallas. Tyler...again. His hiney should be on that seat, don't ya think???Dallas...now this looks like he is gonna fall off the bike, yes?

NOPE!!! It's a sideways slide.

Yup...he's doing it ON PURPOSE!! This is one of my favorites. Dallas is in the front, and Tyler is wheel-ey-ing. This is the one that takes the photography award.

Tyler is in the red, and Dallas is in the white. Pretty cool huh? (p.s. I didn't take these pictures. I would have been hyper-ventalating anyways...Austin who lives up the street took 'em. He did a great job.)

YUM!!

A friend of mine mentioned that she got a new cookbook. It sounded SO good, so I checked out the author's blog. (http://thepioneerwoman.com) There are several items on there that look good, but I haven't tried them yet.

I HAD to find her book. I found the book at Barnes and Noble.

Tonight I fixed the steak bites that are found on her website. They were YUMMY!! I served them with the whipped cream potatoes that we all love.

It was dinner plate lickin' good!!

Losing it or Lost it--you be the judge

I want to share a story...it's a true story. It happened to me, yesterday.

I had to run to the store for some various things.

I grabbed my purse and keys to the car.

I did what I usually do and went out the door to the garage.

I opened the door to the car, got in, put on my seatbelt and sunglasses.

I started the car, put the car in reverse and pulled out of the garage into the street.

Once in the street, I put the car in drive.

I slowly went down the street, turned right, then left, then right, then left and the another right.

I'm driving along thinking of where I need to go, what to get, and so on.

All of a sudden I looked down, wiggled my toes and realized...

I DIDN'T HAVE ANY SHOES ON!!

So here is the question I ask of all of you...

Have I LOST it?

OR

Am I LOSING it???
